We required 48 hours notice for any cancellations or needing to re-book a photo shoot. No Refunds given with less than 48 hours notice on any shoot. All re-shoots or cancellations can only be by arranged by speaking directly with us.
**We operate a non refund policy, due to time being already used up in the studio**
FAQ
What happens on a baby shoot?
On arrival to the studio you will be greated and given time to settle in with your baby, we have several different posing setups to make the most from your studio shoot, a designated changing area for both baby and parents. refreshments and a seating area.
a typical baby shoot will take two hours and for best results baby should be no older than two weeks old.
after your photoshoot you will be invited back at a time best for you to come and view your images.
My dog photo shoot
The the studio set up for your fur baby's, with water, toys and treats. After your photoshoot you will be invited back to view your images and pick your two favourite for printing (included in the price)
Do you do outdoor family photos?
Yes we do location photo shoots if you preferer not to come to the studio, we can agree on a location and time.it is better if families wear natural toned colours with a coordinating style,

Weddings
a pre wedding questionnaire will be emailed to you, followed by a telephone call to arrange a face to face meeting, either in person or video chat. pay a deposit and your wedding is booked.
